چکیده
Aim to evaluate the anatomical and morphological outcomes of modified femtolaser refractive autokeratoplasty in patients with stage II keratoconus.
Material methods. The study included 24 diagnosed keratoconus according Amsler Krumeich classification. All underwent (FRAK) a technique.
Results. operated noted an improvement visual functions on first day after surgery. obtained images optical coherence tomography showed more uniform posterior profile central zone cornea, absence "folding" surface. A characteristic feature postoperative period was change depth anterior chamber its pronounced decrease tendency systematic increase. In 2 months removal suture fixation, remained stable throughout follow-up period. data confocal microscopy cornea 12 demonstrated additional (specific) changes cornea. for same as before FRAK.
